Qualified referrals
The program is intended for introductions of independent service businesses that are a real fit for VERIS. A referred business should be new to VERIS and should not already be in an active sales conversation with the company.
Disclosure
If a partner recommends VERIS publicly or in a commercial context, any material relationship should be disclosed clearly and honestly. VERIS can remove partners who misrepresent the relationship or omit required disclosure.
Attribution and payout
Referral attribution lasts for the program window defined by VERIS. Commissions are earned only after VERIS has collected payment from the referred client and the relevant verification or refund window has passed.
Brand and claims
Partners may not present themselves as VERIS employees, guarantee outcomes, or publish inaccurate statements about VERIS pricing, capabilities, or results.
Program changes
VERIS may revise payout percentages, attribution rules, or program access over time. Existing arrangements should be documented explicitly when exceptions are approved.
