Services

VERIS provides AI search infrastructure services including audit reports, technical implementation, and monthly maintenance retainers for independent service businesses. Specific scope for each engagement is defined in a written Scope Document delivered before any implementation begins.

Audit reports

The free AI Search Readiness Audit is a technical analysis of the submitted website based on publicly accessible information. Findings are classified by severity and supported by references to public verification tools.

VERIS makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy. The plain-text verification document included with every audit is designed to allow the client to verify findings independently using Claude or the referenced tools. If verification disputes a finding, VERIS will review and correct it at no charge.

Implementation

Implementation work begins only when:

• The Scope Document is reviewed and accepted by email reply
• The 50% deposit is received and confirmed
• All required access credentials are provided

The 48-72 hour delivery timeline begins from the moment both the deposit is confirmed and all access credentials are received. Delays in providing access extend the delivery timeline accordingly.

Payment terms

• Implementation: 50% on acceptance of scope, 50% on delivery
• Maintenance retainer: Monthly on the 1st of each month
• Currency: USD
• Methods: Wise (preferred), Payoneer

Late payment: If the balance payment is not received within 7 days of delivery, VERIS reserves the right to revert the implementation changes.

What is not included

Each Scope Document explicitly states what is and is not included. Unless listed in the Scope Document, VERIS does not provide website redesign, copywriting, social media management, paid advertising, booking system integration, or ongoing content production.

Any work outside the Scope Document requires a new written scope and separate pricing.

Limitations

VERIS implements technical infrastructure that improves AI search readiness. VERIS does not guarantee specific placement in AI Overviews or ChatGPT responses, a specific timeline for citation improvement, or specific booking or revenue outcomes.

The implementation delivers the technical foundation. Citation authority and AI recommendation frequency develop over time as crawlers re-index the updated structure.

Confidentiality

VERIS treats all client business information, including website access credentials, business data, and audit findings, as confidential. This information is used only for the purpose of delivering the agreed service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction of the client. VERIS operates internationally and makes no representation about compliance with any specific national legal framework beyond good faith business practice.
