When the +$150 applies and when it does not.
The +$150 surcharge applies to headless CMS systems (Contentful, Sanity, Strapi) and fully custom-coded websites where JSON-LD injection requires framework-level modification or build pipeline access.
It does not apply to WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow standard sites, Shopify, or Ghost. The audit identifies whether the surcharge applies and it is stated explicitly in the scope document before any payment.

Which tier applies to your site?
Fewer than 10 pages, standard WordPress or Squarespace, single location, no complex multi-entity requirements.
Example: B&B with homepage + rooms + dining + contact pages.
10-30 pages, standard or semi-custom CMS, single or two locations, deeper service or room pages.
Example: 20-room boutique hotel with individual room type pages.
30+ pages, multi-location, custom CMS, or multiple distinct offerings on one domain.
Example: Resort with hotel rooms, on-site restaurant, and spa.
How payment works.
- Payment 1: 50% of implementation price due upfront before access is requested.
- Payment 2: 50% due on delivery of the completed implementation.
- Method: Wise (preferred) or Payoneer. USD only.
- Invoice: Issued on request via Wave invoicing.
- Timeline note: The 48-72 hour delivery clock starts only when both Payment 1 is confirmed and all required access credentials are received.
All pricing is in USD. VERIS is based in the United States and operates internationally. US clients send as a domestic ACH transfer via Wise.
