Partner Disclosure Rules

Practical disclosure guidance for partners who refer or publicly discuss VERIS.

Partners who recommend VERIS should make any material relationship clear. That includes financial relationships and referral compensation.

Disclosure is not optional polish. It protects trust and keeps the recommendation understandable to the audience.

When to disclose

If you are compensated for a referral, expect compensation, or have another material connection to VERIS, the relationship should be disclosed when you recommend VERIS publicly or in a promotional context.

How to disclose

The disclosure should be plain and easy to notice. It should not be hidden in a footer or separated so far from the endorsement that it becomes unclear.

  • State that you may receive referral compensation.
  • Keep the language near the recommendation.
  • Do not imply independence if the relationship is compensated.

Approved positioning

Partners should describe VERIS as AI search infrastructure for independent service businesses. They should point prospects to the audit, services, proof, or vertical pages instead of making unsupported promises.
